Supporting our customers with the Building Safety Act 2022

We are proud to support our customers every step of the way, this includes doing our bit assisting clients to meet their requirements for the Building Safety Act.

To support this, we have developed a Building Safety Policy in to our Quality Management System, introduced a mobile Safety Report that utilises the new Simpro Software Digital Forms that’s completed by our SMSTS trained Project Managers, provided CPD training to all staff and sub-contractors to ensure they are aware of the requirements set out by the Building Safety Act 2022 and completed all of the current required assessments on Construction Line.
