Need advice on your project at an early stage or putting together a specification for tender? 

We are more than happy to assist you during these stages to ensure your specifications and project intent is in full compliance and in line with the latest standards, as well as giving you the best options for your requirements through our in-house technical team. Company demonstration days can be provided to give you an in-depth look into our company and wider group with technical training from our experts. 

1. Proposals

From the moment we receive your tender requirements our estimating team will analyse all documentation and provide you with a competitive and fully compliant proposal. We welcome meetings to review and demonstrate our quotation ensuring they are as accurate to the client’s requirements and will work alongside yourselves to achieve an agreeable price point.

2. Design Team

Our in house design team will analyse all the requirements to suit the British Standards and satisfy the authorities having jurisdiction. Working with you closley to optimise and coordinated the design at an early stage.  

3. Project Delivery & Installation

Our experienced supervisors, project managers and install team work swiftly to achieve the required project programme, you’ll receive monthly quality assurance packs to support our work and progress giving you peace of mind that all install works are going ahead smoothy and on schedule.

4. Testing & Commissioning

Testing and commissioning will be witnessed and carried out by our approved engineers and project managers utilising our mobile application to provide you with a digital record.

5. Handover

During the handover period we’ll give you an in-depth tour of the system and read through of our operations and maintenance manual.

6. Warranty

All our systems carry a full parts and labour warranty with optional extended warranty upon request.

7. Service & Maintenance

Detect & Protect are on hand to support you with your system well into the future, providing free advice and support with service and maintenance packages available, keeping your system in full working order. Each system installed comes with a free 12 month service.
